Conventional process flow and characteristics of coating line

  technological process
  Coating production line process is divided into: pretreatment, powder spraying coating, heating curing.
  Pre production
  Before treatment, there are manual simple process and automatic pretreatment process, and the latter is divided into automatic spraying and automatic immersion spraying. The surface treatment of the workpiece must be carried out before powder spraying to remove oil and rust. In this section, there are more liquid used, such as rust remover, degreaser, surface conditioner, phosphating agent and so on.
  In the pre-treatment section or workshop of coating production line, the first thing to pay attention to is to formulate the necessary purchase, transportation, storage and use system of strong acid and alkali, provide necessary protective clothing for workers, safe and reliable loading, handling and configuration of equipment, and formulate emergency treatment measures and rescue measures in case of accident. Secondly, in the pre-treatment section of the coating production line, due to the existence of a certain amount of waste gas, waste liquid and other three waste materials, so in terms of environmental protection measures, it is necessary to configure air exhaust, liquid discharge and three waste treatment devices.
  The quality of the pre-treatment parts should be different due to the different process flow of the pretreatment solution and coating production line. In order to prevent rusting again in a short period of time, phosphating or passivation should be carried out in several processes after pretreatment. Before powder spraying, the phosphated workpiece should be dried to remove the surface moisture. Small batch single piece production, generally using natural air drying, sun drying, air drying. For large-scale flow operation, generally adopt low-temperature drying, using oven or drying channel.
  Organizing production
  For small batch of workpieces, manual powder spraying device is generally adopted, while for large batch of workpieces, manual or automatic powder spraying device is generally used. Whether it is manual or automatic powder spraying, quality control is very important. It is necessary to ensure uniform powder coating and uniform thickness of the workpiece to be sprayed, so as to prevent defects such as thin spraying, missing spraying and scraping.
  In this process of painting production line, attention should also be paid to the hook part of the workpiece. Before curing, the powder attached to it should be blown off as far as possible to prevent the excess powder from curing. When it is really difficult to remove the residual powder before curing, the solidified powder film on the hook should be peeled off in time, so as to ensure that the hook has good conductivity, so as to facilitate the next batch of workpieces easy to powder.
  Curing process
  The matters needing attention in this process are as follows: for the sprayed workpieces, if they are produced in small batch, pay attention to prevent the powder from falling down before entering the curing furnace, and timely spray the powder in case of dust scraping. Strictly control the process, temperature and time during baking, and pay attention to prevent insufficient curing caused by color difference, over drying or too short time.
  For a large number of automatic conveying workpieces, before entering the drying channel, carefully check whether there is leakage of spraying, spraying or local powder wiping. If unqualified parts are found, they should be well controlled to prevent them from entering the drying channel and take down the re spraying as much as possible. If some workpieces are unqualified due to thin spraying, they can be re sprayed and solidified again after curing out of the drying channel.
  The so-called coating refers to the metal and non-metallic surface covered with protective layer or decorative layer. Painting line has experienced the development process from manual production line to automatic production line. The degree of automation is higher and higher, so the application of coating production line is more and more extensive, and goes deep into many fields of national economy.
  Application characteristics
  Application characteristics of pipeline coating engineering:
  Painting line equipment is suitable for painting and plastic spraying on the surface of workpieces. It is mainly used for painting of single piece or small batch of workpieces. It is combined with transportation machinery such as suspension conveyor, electric rail car and ground conveyor to form transportation operation.
  Engineering process layout:
  1. Plastic spraying line: upper conveying chain -- spraying -- drying (10min, 180 ℃ - 220 ℃) - cooling -- unloading
  2. Painting line: upper conveyor chain electrostatic precipitator primer leveling topcoat leveling leveling drying (30min, 80 ℃) - cooling - unloading
  Paint spraying mainly includes oil spraying room and water curtain spray room, which are widely used for surface coating of bicycles, automobile leaf springs and large loaders.
